Our family became vegetarian the fall of 2008 as Audra started eating “solids.” With two toddlers it is sometimes challenging to prepare balanced meals that the girls will eat.  I prepare a variety of healthy vegetarian and vegan meals and snacks.

The spring of 2010 we discovered that Eleanor and I have gluten sensitivity.  I’m having fun experimenting with different flours and methods for preparing gluten free food.
